You can return any product to us for a full refund if it is not what you expect, or not what you want. Products which have been opened and used in such a way as to make them unsuitable for resale will not be eligible for refund. You will be expected to cover the costs of the return carriage and return the goods in a saleable condition.
Goods will be accepted for return providing the following conditions are met;
The goods are returned in their undamaged, original packaging.
All accessories supplied with your product are present, including leads, manuals, disks etc.
(if the product is a kit or bundle, everything must be returned).
The equipment is in its original condition as sold and has not been used.
In the event that we supply goods which are faulty, or not as specified, then of course we will pay for the return carriage as well as providing a suitable replacement or refund at no extra charge. We will accept any faulty goods for a full refund if we are notified within 14 days of the order - outside of this time we will arrange a repair or replacement in accordance with the manufacturer's standard warranty.
